Welcome to the 2nd Asia Pacific Cholangiocarcinoma Conference 2018 which will be hosted by Siriraj Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. As this malignancy is one of the major problems in Thai population, I am pleased that we will have an opportunity to learn more about this devastating disease, to collaborate with authority expertise in this field, and hopefully, to be able to improve the outcome of our patients.
